BeadTool allows you to create bead patterns in square, loom, brick, and peyote stitches. In the main window you can see, at the top, the main toolbar and main menu; on the left, the drawing toolbar; on the right the tab panels, bead list, and quick palette; at the center is the working area. The main menu includes all the options. The main tool bar includes quickly access to most common used actions: new, open pattern, open picture, save pattern, print pattern, zoom in, zoom out, toggle picture, transfer picture onto a pattern, put text into your pattern, and undo action. The drawing tool bar includes a pencil for freeform drawing, eraser, selection of a portion of your pattern for editing, dropper, flood filler; draw lines, triangles, diamonds, pentagons, hexagons, octagons, ellipses, and rectangles. To print a pattern you have to consider 3 elements: color chart, word chart, and color legend. Color chart allows you to switch on and off to print in the pattern; Word chart includes the rows of the patterns and the direction; Color legend shows the color of beads that correspond to the bead it's representing. It includes many models of patterns. You can export patterns to formats BMP, JPG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, and SVG. Trial version doesn't allow you to save, print or export.
